“We are also preparing to launch a large-scale winter support service through the application on December 1 and are already working on how to make the infrastructure sustainable and withstand the entire flow of applications that will come,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov during the telethon.
