16 – expert explained the gradual transfer of fighter jets to Ukraine – UNIAN
The columnist listed the restrictions that prevent the transfer of a large number of aircraft to Ukraine at once.
International partners can only gradually transfer the promised fourth-generation F-16 fighters to Ukraine. Military observer Denis Popovich spoke about this on Radio NV.
The expert noted that Ukrainian specialists are being trained in Denmark to use these aircraft.
“Accordingly, the human capacity to operate these aircraft increases. And the ability to transfer the equipment itself increases,” Popovich said.
According to him, Denmark is fulfilling its obligations and, as expected, Ukraine will receive only 19 F-16 fighters from this country.
