The State Bureau of Investigation exposed a scheme to avoid mobilization through a fictitious divorce and custody of children in one of the courts of the Donetsk region.

The Prosecutor General's Office announced this on Wednesday, November 13.

The investigators established that the judge's assistant ensured the adoption of court decisions regarding the petitioner's divorce and the deprivation of his wife's parental rights. In this way, the evaders received sole custody of the child up to 18 years of age. This gave them the right to receive a deferment from mobilization, as well as the opportunity to go abroad.
