Alexander Usik secured his place in boxing history as the second person to become the absolute light heavyweight and heavyweight champion, Sports.kz reports with reference to Tofight.ru.
The Ukrainian won all four belts in both divisions in 22 fights. In them he defeated five Britons, the first of whom was Tony Bellew, who challenged Usyk in the last fight before his retirement. Usik, having defeated him by technical knockout in the eighth round, moved up to heavyweight.
Since then, Usyk has defeated Dereck Chisora, Anthony Joshua twice, Daniel Dubois and Tyson Fury, with whom he will fight again in December.
