Russia's ambassador to the UN named a condition for negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine
The Russian diplomat believes that any such negotiations should be based on what he called “the realities on the ground.”

“Trump promised to solve the Ukrainian crisis overnight. Okay, let's let him try. But we are realistic people, of course, we understand that this will never happen,” the Russian diplomat skeptically assessed the capabilities of the elected US president.
