In Ukraine, the electricity transmission tariff will increase by 25%: who will pay more
The business will have to pay UAH 665.26 per MWh.
The National Commission for State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Communal Services (NKREKP) approved the draft resolution on increasing the transmission tariff electricity by 2025 by 25.8% – up to UAH 665.26/MWh.
This became known based on the results of the commission meeting.
The new tariff does not apply to households and ordinary Ukrainians, but businesses will have to pay UAH 665.26 per MWh.
In addition, at the meeting of the NCRECP, it was decided:
- A separate tariff for the transmission of electricity for green metallurgy is proposed to be set at the level of UAH 352.73/MWh.
- The tariff for dispatch management is offered at the level of UAH 95.07/MWh.
- Among the official reasons for the tariff increase is a decrease in the production and transmission of electricity.
