UFC President intrigued by Shavkat Rakhmonov's fight announcement – Boxing/MMA

President UFC Dana White answered a journalist’s question about the fate of the December fight of the third number one in the UFC welterweight rankings Shavkat RakhmonovSports.kz reports with reference to Schrödinger's Sports.

Initially, Shavkat was supposed to fight with UFC champion Belal Muhammad, but the American withdrew from the fight due to a bone infection in his foot.

— Dana, I understand that now the whole focus is on UFC 309. But after Belal Muhammad withdrew from UFC 310, people have to wonder what will happen to the main event. Will Shavkat fight with someone? Are main events still in his plans? Or will Pantoja – Asakura be there?
