The US State Department has changed recommendations regarding travel to Ukraine – UNIAN

The US State Department has changed its travel recommendations for Ukraine. The risk level has been reduced for nine Ukrainian regions.
Thus, the State Department reduced the risk for Volyn, Lviv, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Rivne, Khmelnytsky and Zhytomyr regions from the fourth “Do not travel” to the third level “Consider your travel.” The department's decision is determined by air defense capabilities and distance from active combat zones.
