In the Kirov region, the court completed the trial in the case of a dog attack on a child. The details of the incident were reported by the regional prosecutor's office.
In June 2024, in the village of Severnye Polyanki, Luzsky district, a nine-year-old girl was walking along one of the streets. Suddenly a dog pounced on her and grabbed her leg. The schoolgirl was scared and in pain. The district prosecutor's office became interested in the incident.
The supervisory authority decided to demand compensation from the owner of the aggressive Karelian-Finnish husky in favor of the injured child. The department filed a lawsuit and the case went to court. He recognized the demand as legal and collected 25 thousand rubles from the dog breeder.
