Already from December 1 Ukraine will launch the winter “eSupport” program. Every Ukrainian will be able to receive a thousand hryvnias to pay for services and goods.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal during the government meeting.
“Today, we are making a decision that is part of the winter support for Ukrainian families. On the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, from December 1, every Ukrainian man and woman will receive one thousand hryvnias to pay for Ukrainian services and goods,” he said.
By November 15, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the procedure for the implementation of this project: how, where and when funds can be obtained and where they can be spent.
