In the case of establishing facts of excess of official powers, the Ministry of Defense will forward the materials to law enforcement agencies for further investigation.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is studying information about incident involving the use of a weapon an employee of the territorial picking center in the village of Shchaslyve near Kyiv.
This is stated in the notification of the department.
“In order to find out the circumstances, the Main Inspection of the Ministry of Defense (GIMO) has started checking the legality of the actions of the representative of the TCC and the grounds for using weapons,” the message says.
It is noted that in the case of establishing the facts of exceeding official powers or identifying signs of a criminal offense, the materials will be sent to law enforcement agencies for further investigation and making appropriate decisions.
