Shavkat Rakhmonov's UFC title fight confirmed – Boxing/MMA

There is fresh news about the fight of the Kazakhstani Shavkat Rakhmonov (18-0-0) vs. Irish Iana Machado Garry (15-0-0) for the promotion's interim welterweight belt at the tournament UFC 310 December 7 at Las Vegas (Nevada, USA), reports Sports.kz with reference to the telegram channel “Dvoechka MMA|UFC”.

“Yes, they should announce it soon. Verbally agreed, contracts still not signed,” the publication reported.

Note that both fighters are undefeated. Rakhmonov is on an 18-0 streak, while Garry has a 15-0 record.

In the UFC welterweight rankings, Rakhmanov ranks third, Garry ranks seventh.
