Preventive measure for People's Deputy Tishchenko: the court made a new decision
According to the court decision, he will remain under house arrest until December 23, 2024.
People's Deputy of Ukraine Nikolai Tishchenko has had his preventive measure extended – 24-hour house arrest. Suspilne reports this, citing the just adopted decision of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv.
During the meeting, the people's deputy's defenders asked to change the preventive measure from around the clock to night house arrest, or to personal obligations so that Tishchenko could carry out his work as a deputy.
However, the court did not agree with the defense arguments and left the preventive measure unchanged. Thus, Nikolai Tishchenko will remain under 24-hour house arrest until December 23, 2024.
