In the Rivne region, law enforcement officers discovered a 25-year-old illegal immigrant from the Russian Federation and deported her to Ukraine.

An administrative protocol was drawn up for the 25-year-old illegal immigrant under Article 203 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (violation of the rules of stay in Ukraine by foreigners and stateless persons).
According to law enforcement officers, the woman arrived in Ukraine in February 2021 and got married. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she got divorced, so she had no reason to extend her residence permit. So, she lived in the territory of Ukraine, in Rivne, illegally.
At the end of 2022, the migration police exposed a foreigner: an administrative report was drawn up against her and a decision was made to forcibly return her to her country of origin.
