Negotiations with Russia to end the war

He also made it clear that he would not negotiate one-on-one with Moscow. According to him, they are possible, but not alone “with the killer.”
As Zelensky said, Putin now wants to negotiate on capitulation terms for Ukraine, but “this will not happen”:
“Negotiations with the Russian Federation are possible provided that Ukraine is strong… If we talk with Putin, and we are not strengthened in the conditions in which we are now, this is a losing status for Ukraine….
