Zelensky named the conditions of a possible dialogue with Putin — Ukraine
President Zelenskyi answered under what conditions Ukraine can agree to fair negotiations with Russia.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that negotiations with Russia are possible only if Ukraine has a strong position and international support.
He said this in an interview with “Suspilno”.
“Under the conditions that Ukraine will not be alone with the Russian Federation. Under the conditions that Ukraine will be strong,” the president emphasized, adding a rhetorical question: “What can be the negotiations with a murderer?”
According to Zelenskyi, negotiations with Putin in the current conditions, when Ukraine is not strengthened by important elements, will mean a losing position from the very beginning.
“This is definitely not about a fair end to the war. Not about a fair peace for Ukraine and the whole world,” he emphasized.
The president emphasized that in a weak situation “there is nothing to do in these negotiations”….
