According to experts, thanks to this technology, the location is determined with an accuracy of almost a millimeter.
Russian occupiers continue to improve their Shahed-136 kamikaze attack drones. This time, photographs appeared on social networks that confirm that the enemy has upgraded the satellite navigation module in its UAVs. This became known from a message in the Telegram channel “Colonel General Staff”.
It is noted that the invaders replaced the standard satellite navigation module with a new RTK GNSS type Beitian BT-982K1. Compared to SPGM 220 L1, L2, the new module supports L5 frequency range, so the main update is Real Time Kinematic (RTK) technology.
