The Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation announced significant adjustments to the schedule of holidays and weekends for the coming two years. The purpose of these changes is to optimize the balance between work and leisure of Russians.

Extended New Year holidays

According to the new schedule, residents of Russia will be able to enjoy their holidays from December 29, 2024 to January 8, 2025 inclusive. This long period will allow citizens to fully recuperate with their loved ones and prepare for the new working year.
