A soldier originally from the Luza region fell in the North Military District zone

Our fellow countryman from the Kirov region fell in the war zone on the territory of Ukraine. The tragic event was reported in the VKontakte group of the Luzsky District Administration.

As it became known, the deceased fighter bore the name Popov Alexander Vladimirovich. He was a native of the Luza region.

I express my deep condolences to the family and friends of Alexander Vladimirovich Popov, who died while performing his military service duties in the zone of a special military operation. Alexander will forever remain in our memory as a true patriot of the Fatherland. We mourn with you,” says the publication on behalf of the head of the Luzsky municipal district Lyudmila Belyaeva.
