Zelensky: Ceasefire without security guarantees
Ukraine has already had experience of ceasefire regimes since 2014, and Russia has always violated those agreements, the president said.
Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is convinced that ideas about a ceasefire without providing Ukraine with security guarantees could lead to further occupation and destruction of Ukraine by Russian invaders. According to an UNIAN correspondent, the head of state said this at a press conference following his participation in the summit of the European Political Community in Budapest.
The President said that during the summit he heard very dangerous rhetoric.
