This was announced by the head of the OVA Oleg Kiper.
“There are interruptions in the supply of heat, water and electricity in the region. Emergency blackouts are being applied at the direction of Ukrenergo. Hospitals and other critical infrastructure facilities are operating with the help of generators,” he wrote.
All authorized services are working to repair the damage. At this moment, specialists are taking all possible measures to restore heat and water supply within a few hours.
Energy workers are continuously working to eliminate the consequences of shelling.
