A pre-trial investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war has been launched.
On the morning of Sunday, November 17, the Russian terrorist army launched missile strikes on the Odesa region, targeting the region's energy infrastructure. Two employees of the power facility were killed.
This was reported in the prosecutor's office of Odesa region.
In addition, private houses, farm buildings and cars were damaged in Odesa district. As a result of the attack, a 17-year-old boy was also injured, who was taken to the hospital with shrapnel wounds.
