Next week, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi will present a “sustainability plan” for the Ukrainian people.
According to The Times, the ten-point plan aims to strengthen the morale of Ukrainians, shaken after the election victory of Donald Trump, as well as to reassure the public of the country's ability to defend itself, even if American aid is reduced or stopped.
“This is not a victory plan presented to an external partner, but a plan presented to our society – it is about mobilizing our economy and public sentiments,” explained Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President's Office.
