Ukrainian drivers face a new fine
For repeated violations, the right to drive may be revoked
Ukraine may introduce a new fine for drivers for exceeding the permissible level of noise in vehicles. The corresponding draft law No. 9564 was initiated by a group of deputies of the “Servant of the People” faction headed by David Arahamiya.

The bill provides for a fine of UAH 17,000 for the first violation, and UAH 34,000 for a second violation. And for the third violation, it is possible to be deprived of the right to drive for a period of 3 to 6 months.
The document has already been included in the agenda of the parliament, so its consideration may take place in the near future. The rationale states that the increase in noise is often due to the use of equipment that disturbs the peace of citizens and causes public dissatisfaction.
