After a large-scale air strike by the Russian terrorist army on the morning of November 17, approximately 20,000 consumers remain without electricity in the Rivne region as of 5:00 p.m.
This was announced by the head of the Rivne Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Koval.
“Unfortunately, in order to stabilize the system today in the Duben region, the energy industry will apply emergency power cuts,” he said in his message.
According to Koval, water, heat and gas supply in the region is carried out in full.
The head of OVA appealed to the residents of the region to be frugal with energy consumption and not to turn on powerful electrical appliances.
