The United States lifted restrictions on strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces with American long-range weapons against Russian and North Korean targets only in the Kursk region, which will not significantly change the overall course of the war.
This is stated by analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW), commenting on statements by American officials that the partial lifting of restrictions will create a “specific and limited” effect on the battlefield. At the same time, experts suggest that over time the restrictions may be lifted altogether.
