The Popular Front shared the story of a Kotelny resident who freezes at the height of the heating season.

A 64-year-old man with amputated legs lives in a two-story house on Lunacharsky, 96. Nikolai Bannikov was given the first disability group. He moves around the apartment in a wheelchair. The heating season has bypassed his home: the man himself warms up the rooms with an electric stove to +16 degrees.

The entire second floor of the house suffers without heating. The man repeatedly contacted the manager, but his requests were ignored. A call to the city administration brought no results. I contacted the organization of the President of Russia.
