The Kirov region will be free of whirlwinds, but heavy precipitation is possible from November 22

The telegram channel “Amateur Meteorology in Kirov” gave a preliminary forecast for the end of November. In the coming days, an Arctic invasion will come to Europe. A series of deep cyclones will spin across the territory, which will pass through Eastern Europe, the CIS countries, the South, West and Center of Russia. The most interesting phenomena are expected from November 19 to 22 and from November 23 to 24.

The Kirov region will be away from the vortices, but heavy precipitation is possible – both snowfall and rain – from November 22 to 25. The wind may increase to gale force levels. The thaw period will continue. According to the forecast, the current week will be interesting in terms of weather phenomena.
