This is stated in the verdict of the Kulikiv District Court of the Chernihiv Region.
According to the court, in June 2024, the man passed the military medical board, which found him fit for mobilization. However, when they tried to give him a summons, he refused to receive it and evaded the draft.
At the court, the resident of Chernihiv region denied the guilt. He reported that he was indeed recognized as fit for mobilization, but he refused the summons.
“Immediately after the commission passed in the premises of the TCC, a girl-employee of the TCC tried to hand him a summons. At the same time, she informed him that he should appear the next day with his belongings. He did not know what the summons was, but he understood that it was a military summons. .
