In the region neighboring the Kirov region, they launched the production of special modular shelters. This was discussed at the All-Russian Research Institute for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

In the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod region, serial production of mobile shelters called “KUB-M” has started. One multifunctional shelter consisting of two modules can accommodate 54 people. With the help of additional modules, the number of people taking cover can be increased.
