As RBC-Ukraine reports, citing an informed source in the Defense Forces, Ukrainian troops hit a military facility near the city of Karachev in the Bryansk region. The target was successfully hit.
“Indeed, ATACMS was used for the first time to strike the territory of the Russian Federation. The strike was carried out on an object in the Bryansk region, it was successfully hit,” the source said.
