The national team, led by Russian specialist Stanislav Cherchesov, took last place in the group with Norway, Austria and Slovenia, gaining one point in six matches with a goal difference of 0-15.

“It’s a shame on a human level for Cherchesov, because he tries and tries, but the team doesn’t succeed. Perhaps they will let him work, but in the qualifying matches for the World Cup a different result is needed.
