It was previously reported that the court made a decision to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention on October 11.
What is known about Serhii Hnezdilov
On October 9, investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation detained a serviceman on suspicion of voluntarily leaving a military unit, committed with the aim of evading military service, under martial law.
On October 10, Hnezdilov was informed of the suspicion. His actions are classified as desertion (Part 4 of Article 408 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 12 years.
