In Ovruch, Zhytomyr Region, a man was sentenced to 40 hours of community service for having sex in the middle of the street and cursing loudly.
This is stated in the resolution of the Ovrutsky District Court of the Zhytomyr region.
According to the court, the incident happened on the morning of September 9, 2024 in the city of Ovruch on Monastirska Street. There, passers-by noticed a man cursing loudly. But that's not all: “at the same time, he engaged in sexual intercourse in a public place, where he violated public morals, thus committing an administrative offense provided for in Article 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.”
