Setting the stage for Russia to use nuclear weapons in response to the launch of ballistic missiles into Russian territory indicates that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is seeking as long a war as possible, not peace. According to an UNIAN correspondent, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said this at a joint press conference with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen in Kyiv.
