This was announced by the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, Ihor Filashkin.
According to Filashkin, the situation in the city remains critical due to significant problems with the supply of water, electricity and gas. Evacuation measures continue.
“Some Ukrposhta shops operate in the city. The same minimum for supporting people in the city works. Well, there are very huge problems with water, gas, and electricity supply. The enemy is shelling the city every day,” said the head of the OVA.
