New housing and social infrastructure restoration projects will appear in western Ukraine: “Mini-Bakhmut” in the village of Goshcha and a settlement for immigrants with an area of ​​120 hectares in Trostyanka. These projects were developed according to Metinvest's “Steel Dream” concept.

They were presented at the Fifth International Conference “Rebuilding Ukraine: Construction and Energy” in Warsaw, by the Deputy Mayor of Bakhmut, Oleksandr Marchenko, and the Mayor of Trostyanets, Yury Bova, in order to find international donor funding.

Oleksandr Marchenko said: while Bakhmut is occupied, the city administration agreed on the allocation of a plot in the village of Goshcha, Rivne region. It is planned to create a quarter there that intuitively repeats the borders of Bakhmut with the Bakhmutka River and the division of the city into four districts.
