In Kirov, a verdict has been passed in yet another case of repeated drunken driving. The circumstances of the crime were reported to the regional prosecutor's office.

On an August morning, Kirov traffic inspectors were on duty in the Victory Park microdistrict. Near house No. 23 on Murashinskaya, police stopped an Audi Q7 crossover. The police stopped the car to check the driver's documents. Noticing signs of intoxication, the inspector invited the man to take a test, which he refused.
