A Kirov resident's GAZelle was seized for debts

Bailiffs of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation in the Kirov region carried out activities within the framework of enforcement proceedings using the automated software package “Road Bailiff”.

During the control event, the bailiffs managed to identify the debtor car owner in the traffic. The total amount of his debts reached 680 thousand rubles; he owes 34 thousand rubles to the Kirov branch of Energosbyt Plus alone. The car owner refused to pay the debt on the spot; as a result, the car was arrested and seized. If the debt is not repaid in the near future, then GAZelle will be sold, and the proceeds will be used to pay off the debts of the defaulter.
