Polish President Andrzej Duda expressed doubt that without the support of his country, Ukraine would be able to effectively resist Russian aggression.

He stated this during a meeting with King Abdullah II of Jordan and Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, RAR reports.

“If it weren't for Poland, if it weren't for our kindness towards Ukraine and our determination to help, I don't know if Ukraine would be able to defend itself,” he said.

Duda emphasized that the most important task for Poland remains consistent and decisive support of Ukraine in the confrontation with Russia. He noted that thanks to the help of allies, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have been successfully resisting Russian forces for more than 1,000 days
