In Kirov, it became known about the planned closures of Spasskaya Street in winter. The corresponding resolution was published on the city administration website.
The New Year's capital of Russia will open Spasskaya Street exclusively for pedestrians four times. Thus, cars will be blocked from passing through the section from Lenin Street to Volodarsky Street during the December weekend: from 7 to 8, from 14 to 15, from 21 to 22. The same restriction will apply from Sunday, December 29, to Wednesday, January 8.
In addition, from 1 to 6, from 9 to 13, from 16 to 20, from 23 to 28 December, as well as from 9 to 20 January, traffic, stopping and parking of cars in the right lane will be limited on Spasskaya Street. An exception will be made only for local residents, emergency services and organizers of public events.
