Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal said that the World Bank will provide Ukraine with a support package worth $750 million.
“The funds will be provided as part of the Supporting Recovery through Sound Fiscal Management (SURGE) project, which is aimed at supporting institutional reforms necessary for accession to the European Union. Part of this amount will be allocated from the ADVANCE Ukraine fund, supported by the Government of Japan,” wrote he's on Telegram.
According to the prime minister, the implementation of the program will help strengthen the work of state institutions of Ukraine in war conditions and provide key government services to citizens in full.
