In Kyiv and the region, emergency shutdowns were canceled, but stabilization schedules for groups were returned. At the direction of Ukrenergo, another queue was added in the capital until 11:00.

Thus, by order of the National Energy Commission, today, November 21, from 07:00 to 23:00 there are stabilization power outages.

“Please consume electricity sparingly – this will help reduce the load on the network and avoid emergency outages. Thank you for your understanding and support,” DTEK said in a statement.

Current blackout schedules on November 21 in Kiev:

• Group 1 – there will be no light from 10:00 to 14:00 and 19:00 to 23:00;
• Group 2 – from 10:00 to 14:00;
• Group 3 – from 13:00 to 17:00;
• Group 4 – from 13:00 to 17:00;
• Group 5 – from 8:00 to 1 and 16:00 to 20:00;
• Group 6 – from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
