In Kirov, an attacker has been hiding from the police for three months – citizens are asked to help

Kirov law enforcement officers spent almost three months identifying the thief, whose face was captured on a surveillance camera. The moment of the crime was published by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Kirov region.

On the morning of August 24, a theft occurred in Kirov. In the Central Market microdistrict, near house No. 135B on Svoboda Street, a camera recorded how an unknown man grabbed someone else’s bag, left unattended, looked back and walked away. The victim contacted the police, reporting damage in the amount of 11 thousand rubles.
