On the morning of November 21, the Russian invaders struck for the first time intercontinental ballistic missile “Rubizh” across Ukraine. This happened during the attack on the Dnipro.

As reported by the PSU, on the morning of November 21, 2024, in the period from 05:00 to 07:00, Russian troops attacked the city of Dnipro (enterprises and critical infrastructure) with missiles of various types. In particular, an intercontinental ballistic missile was launched from the Astrakhan region of the Russian Federation.
According to UP sources, it is a medium-range RS-26 “Rubizh” missile.
It will be recalled that Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile over the Dnieper. Fortunately, no information has yet been received about the victims.
