Forecasters spoke about the surprises that winter 2024 has in store

The winter of 2024 in Moscow, according to the forecasts of the leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center, Evgeniy Tishkovets, is expected to be relatively warm and mild. He noted that December will be 3 degrees above the climate norm.

Tishkovets also said that January could be 5-7 degrees warmer than normal, and February – 1-2 degrees above normal. In addition, precipitation is expected to increase by 20-30% compared to usual levels.
