In the Arbazhsky district, the prosecutor's office checked the implementation of road safety laws. The check revealed that one of the local drivers is registered with a narcologist. The information was confirmed: the man has a mental disorder due to drug addiction.

Despite this, the man had a driver's license and could legally drive on public roads.
