The state-owned Oschadbank, in the process of selecting a manager for the Gulliver shopping center, insists on compliance with the state approach, which will take into account the rights of creditors and help preserve the investment climate. This was stated by Arsen Milyutin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank, responsible for working with NPL, following a meeting with representatives of the Asset Tracing and Management Agency (ARMA) in a commentary to UNN.
At a meeting on November 13, Arsen Milyutin drew the attention of ARMA representatives to the serious financial risks associated with the transfer of the Gulliver shopping center to the management of a “third party” without the obligation to service the loan from state banks.
