Renting an apartment in Kirov for the New Year will cost 7.6 thousand rubles per day

Specialists analyzing the real estate market have studied rental rates in different cities of the country. A new study by Cian is devoted to the cost of one night in Russian apartments.

Experts have calculated that from December 30, 2024 to January 2, 2025, the average cost of daily apartment rental in Kirov will be 7.6 thousand rubles. The New Year's capital of Russia, which the city on Vyatka has become, traditionally receives an influx of tourists, analysts say. Therefore, renting a home on holidays will cost twice as much as on weekdays.
