Russia struck the Dnipro with a ballistic missile based on the Rubezh intercontinental ballistic missile.
The spokeswoman for the US Ministry of Defense, Sabrina Singh, officially confirmed that on the morning of Thursday, November 21, Russia struck the Dnipro with a missile based on the RS-26 “Rubezh” intercontinental ballistic missile.
She stated this at a briefing in the Pentagon.
Singh added that according to available information, it was an experimental medium-range ballistic missile (IMB).
